Plant quality – the basis

We deliver you all the young plants for the perfect planting of a Christmas tree plantation. These are also suitable for replanting and reforesting your forest.
The company Johansens Planteskole in Denmark, is our reliable partner with TOP plant quality and reliable provenance.
We only plant in spring and mainly Ambrolauri Tlugi 2/1 and Silkeborg 2/1.
However, you can order any tree species and provenance from us. (Nordmann fir, blue spruce, Grandis, Nobilis, etc.)
Please order in good time by February at the latest.

Our planting philosophy

Spring planting

The Christmas tree plants have the strongest root growth in spring and therefore they grow more easily. Compared to autumn planting, you also save a winter, for example o frost damage and no damage by deers.

3 year old plants

In our region it can happen that we have rather dry spring years. That is why we also plant smaller plants that require less water and grow better.

Special grass

Before we plant the Nordmann firs, we sow a special mixture of grass with oats. This has the great effect that the oats germinate quickly and provide a quick ground cover and gives shade for the small plants. Below that, the grass mixture can develop well and form a dense lawn. Weeds hardly get through and we have to mow less often because this grass grows very slowly.
